Returns & Exchanges
Our hope is that you’ll be as excited about our stuff as we are. We really appreciate the fact that you liked something of ours enough to choose to own it. If that product doesn’t live up to your expectations, we want to make it right.
So if you don’t freakishly love your Detonator product, you can return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date listed on your invoice. You just need to include the packing slip that came with your original order and indicate your desired course of action on it.
For Returns: Please note on the packing slip that you’re making a return, and the reason for the return.
For Exchanges: Please note on the packing slip whether you want to exchange the product for a different size or for a different style of equal value.
For both returns and exchanges, you’re responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the product back to us. If you're exchanging an item, we'll send the replacement at no charge. If you're asking for a refund, you'll be reimbursed for the item only. The original shipping cost is nonrefundable.
When packing your return, try to send it back in the original packaging if possible. If you have a PayPal account, you can click the link labeled “Pre-Printed Return Label” (on the original email invoice you received from us) to generate an automatic return label.
All returned items must be in their original condition. That means they need to be unwashed and undamaged. If you send back a washed item, we’ll be forced to send it back to you...most likely labeled with a Post-it® note with a frowny face or something on it.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you get the wrong thing from us, or it’s defective somehow, that’s straight up our fault. We’re sorry, and we’ll fix it.
Just follow the return procedures listed above and note on the packing slip that it’s the wrong item, or describe what’s defective. INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. We’ll reimburse you for the return shipping, replace or refund the item per your request, and try to make it up to you somehow. We don’t reimburse for express shipping, so please just return the item by regular mail.
